Remote appointments are held via Microsoft Teams (available from the Microsoft Store or other app stores).
Face-to-face appointments are held in consulting rooms in Gosforth and Longbenton (Newcastle upon Tyne). Currently, appointments are offered: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday daytime plus early evenings (9am to 8pm); Wednesday and Friday daytime only (9am to 5pm).

As a rough guide, this is on Regent Farm Road opposite Gosforth Swimming Pool.
For those travelling by car, there is parking at the venue. Please park at the front of the building or any area with a green P sign. Parking is free for 1 hour, extra time is available from the pay and display machines. Unfortunately, this service has no ability to overturn any parking fines. The ‘Regent Centre’ metro station is a five minute walk from the venue.
Please wait in the reception area that is situated in the lobby. Mark will wait for you or collect you from there.

Parking is available at the front of the building. The building is on the east side of the large car park. ‘Longbenton’ metro station is about 0.5 miles away from the venue.
