Client feedback is extremely valuable and we look to improve the service in response to this whenever possible. With clients'permission, we have started to list testimonials from those who have completed the client satisfaction survey at the end of their treatment. The survey link can be found at the bottom of this page [link]. Here are a selection of the comments from question 11, 12 and 13 of that survey:

  • 'Everything was [helpful], is and will be futuristically helpful. I got a lot more than I expected. Wow!'

  • 'I can't fault this service.'

  • 'Choosing this service is the best thing I have ever done with regards to my problems.’

  • 'I found Mark very knowledgeable, trustworthy and emphatic, quickly getting to the root of my issues after an initial 'getting to know you' session. He was well prepared for every subsequent session sometimes mentioning things I had forgotten I had told him.'

  • 'I didn't understand what was happening to me. Mark was able to explain what was happening and gave me help to address the problem.'

  • 'Dr Papworth is an absolutely amazing psychologist.'

  • 'Dr Papworth really is an approachable psychologist; if I had any questions I could send him an email and he would reply promptly and fulsomely. He is very helpful at providing materials for you to read and to work on. He was particularly good at setting up goals for the next session. He is also very good at 'testing' you by asking thoughtful yet targeted questions when I spoke to him in the sessions. He genuinely seems [to] care about his clients and that means a lot to me.'

  • '[The most helpful thing was] Mark's way of interpreting what was going on and the coping mechanism he put in place.'

  • 'Great service professionally delivered.'

  • 'Excellent service, thank you.'

  • 'All aspects of my life were spiraling out of control. After my first meeting, I felt more in control and was able to get my life back in order and [I] was given the skills to help me in the future'.

  • ‘Made me realise where I was going wrong and I was given strategies to help with this.’
